Caring for babies and children

Anaiti provides care for children through the life cycle, implementing specific interventions to meet the health needs of newborns, infants under one year of age, children under five and school-age children. Both preventive and curative care is provided, with a particular focus on prevention. Services include newborn health assessment, well-child care, regular medical check-ups, immunization, growth and nutritional monitoring, prescribing micronutrient supplements, preventive oral health, school health services, and care for sick children, including referral to specialized care.

Anaiti maintains a system for registering children under the age of five. This system allows children to follow up, such as the appointment of vaccinations, growth monitoring, and follow-up examinations.
